2008 InterYBC Final Round Results
Once again, we fielded a strong team for the Final Round at Havant which resulted in Annaleise Vokes taking the Female High Game and High Series titles at the last gasp, giving Havant a clean sweep of all the trophies at the Presentations immediately after the tournament.

2008 InterYBC Round 5 Results
The team that represented Havant at the fifth round of this year's Inter-YBC had a challenging day at Gunwharf in Portsmouth. The result was a creditable fourth place on the day for Havant and we maintained our lead in the table after five rounds at 8 points. Congratulations to all and here's looking forward to the next round at Fareham.

2009 South Coast Junior Challenge
The tournament was a resounding success especially for the first one hosted by our club. All the bowlers seemed to have a good day and we received many positive comments from parents and coaches. The results are listed below. Congratulations to all the winners within the various Divisions. We would welcome feedback from anyone who attended on what you enjoyed and, equally, areas you think we can improve when we run this again next year.

2008/9 U18 County Championships
Havant had three representatives in the Hampshire U18 Boys team which succeeded in qualifying for the National Finals in Nottingham in July. The team finished second on the day (although only by 31 pins) which sets them up nicely for the finals - well done to everyone who took part.

Havant also had four girls in the U18 Girls team which was, unfortunately, unsuccessful in reaching the Finals in July. Nevertheless the Havant girls bowled well especially Lauren Mitchell with the team's high game of 232 and Jessica Montgomery who set a personal best game of 213 and also finished as the team's highest scorer. The girls will undoubtedly be back better and stronger for next year's competition.

2008 InterYBC Round 4 Results
Another successful day on Feb 22nd at Aldershot with Havant winning the day overall. A challenging day with Havant the only team to break the 800 pin game and sadly we didn't manage to win all three games - Aldershot just pipped us to the third game by 6 pins. Nevertheless, a good day overall which extended our lead in the table.
An extra special thanks must go to all the people who turned up to support and to Mike Rees for helping out in the pacer team.

South Of England Open 2009 Results
Congratulations to all our bowlers who attended Go Bowling Dunstable on Saturday Jan 10th. Below is the table of scores from the All Events. Congratulations also to team Havant 1 (Annaleise, Dale, Shanice, Jodi and Sam Harvey-O'Connell) with a score of 2616 scratch/3051 handicap which has earnt them a provisional third place in the Handicap Team tables.

The performance was especially goo in light of the fact that all those present had bowled 9 games the previous day on a very long trip to Dunstable for the South Of England Open.
