Personally, my high game of 266 done many years ago in the Premier
League
Favourite Bowling moments?
Any where Havant YBC bowlers achieve their potential. Recent
highlights include Havant winning the InterYBC in 2010/11, taking
Hampshire U14 girls (including 3 from Havant) to the 2009 & 2010 County
Finals and some great results at the Junior Nationals over the last
couple of years including (2010) the
Boys Team coming 11th and Alice Lovegrove/Jessica
Montgomery coming 4th in the Senior Girls Doubles and
(2011) Charlie Taylor finishing 3rd in the Junior Boys division.
Favourite tournament?
NAYBC Nationals each year because we turn it into a social event and
it’s always great to see everyone enjoying themselves.
Favourite Centre?
Apart from Havant, probably Nuneaton or Poole.
Future goals?
To continue to help Havant YBC bowlers to improve their games and,
above all, have fun doing it. To continue to grow the YBC in
terms of both numbers of bowlers and achievements. Personally
to achieve Phase 2 Instructor qualification and, ultimately, to
reach Phase 3 Coach.
