What is your job on the committee and what does it entail ?
On the
committee I am the President and
I see my role as a motivator and
moderator to ensure the kids get the best out of bowling both
locally and nationally. In times of strive I will be there to work
things out.
I see my
role as encouraging others to look for and realise goals and
supporting the more important roles of Secretary, Treasurer and Head
Coach. I see myself as being responsible for maintaining the
reputation of the club and enhancing it further.
Why did you get involved in bowling?
I like
bowling because of friends and people who are attracted, from all
walks of life.
I enjoy
the drama of high games and that there is always something to learn.
The challenge of achieving a personal best.
Favourite tournament?
Favorite
tournament has got to be the Nationals.
Future goals?
To
see Havant YBC achieve the Club-mark.
To host an
annual event on the JTE/BTBA Tour circuit.
To see a
Havant YBC Team win the Nationals Team Trophy.
